Davey just got back from the UK last night and went immediately to court early this morning on false accusations of last month. He was apparently accused of removing an object off of school property when in fact he did not. No one is certain of whom the criminal is but Davey got the short end of the stick. We’ll let you know if jail time is in his future or not. And no we’re not joking. This is an actual picture of him in court taking a photo of himself before he stands before the judge.
